Sometimes the fish don’t bite. If they don’t, we don’t get to either. Not all selections are always available, and sometimes we get other catches as well... 

eat here not only has fish jumping in an abundance of selections, portions, preparations and pricing … the fish are real fish, wild-caught from American producers.

It is becoming increasingly important to know where our fish are coming from. Over 85% of the seafood consumed in america now comes from Asia. Of that 85%, only about 2% of it is inspected.
